With the Custom Views tool we can create personalized displays — we can choose the data that we want to show and then customize and sort it. Custom views can be saved and then used on our portfolios.
Let us check how we can create one. In the Data Tools tab select Custom Views and then Create a view.

Choose the datasets that will be used in this custom view (we can always change this later). The data can be selected either by typing in Find Data Points field or by finding it in the categories and subcategories below. When happy with the selection, choose Save.

Accessing the view is then done from Data Tools -> Custom Views. Using the outlined buttons on the right we can share it, edit it, or we can open it with the View button.

On the left side (marked below) we can switch between portfolios to analyze with our custom view. The buttons on the right side can be used to customize or edit the view, export it to Excel, add calculations or visualize the data from the table. In case of data being reported in different currencies, we can use Currency Conversion to sort it out.
To visualize only certain entities we can select the desired ones and then at the bottom choose the button Create Visualizations that appears.
