Excel Plug-in for Capital IQ Pro allows users to transfer data from the database directly to an Excel notebook. There are also pre-prepared templates that can significantly facilitate our work in a wide variety of analyses.
The Excel Plug-in is available for the Capital IQ Pro version. You need to log in to Capital IQ Pro to download the software.
After logging into Capital IQ Pro, select the tab Apps -> S&P Capital IQ Pro Office Download.
We select the marked button and use the downloaded file to install the extension.
After installation, it is usually necessary to close and open Excel so that the Plug-In tab appears in the row and we can start using it:
