CEKomat is a parcel locker for borrowing and returning library materials, providing free access to ordered materials 24/7. It is located opposite the entrance to CEK.
CONDITIONS FOR USING CEKomat
Valid CEK membership.
Your mobile phone must be registered in your COBISS+ profile for SMS-notifications. If you haven’t added your number yet, do so in COBISS+ or at the library.
BORROWING MATERIALS
How to order materials in CEKomat?
- Order available materials trough COBISS+ or mCOBISS.
- The library will prepare the materials as soon as possible during opening hours.
- You will receive a notification when the materials are ready for pickup.
- The materials will be stored in CEKomat for 72 hours.
- You can reserve a maximum 5 items at a time.
- The loan period starts when you pick up the materials. You can check the due date in COBISS+ or mCOBISS.
How to pick up materials from CEKomat?
Once your materials have been delivered to the CEKomat, you will receive an SMS-notification. You can pick up your materials in two ways:
1 Using the Direct4.me Mobile app:
- Download the free Direct4me / Direct4me-Apple
- After recieving the notification, unlock the locker by clicking the lock icon in the app and follow the instructions.
2 Without the Direct4.me Mobile app:
- Open the SMS message near the locker and click on the provided link.
- Follow the instructions on the website.
- After picking up the materials, make sure to close the locke door.
RETURNING THE MATERIALS
How to return materials to CEKomat?
- In your COBISS+ profile, click the Return to parcel box button to reserve a locker for returning materials.
- When you are at CEKomat, open the locker using Direct4me mobile app and place the materials inside.
- Close the locker door after returning the materials.
