Interlibrary Loan

Interlibrary loans are a paid service covered by the user ordering the material, with the fees depending on the CEL price list.

Delivery times:

• books from within Slovenia: up to 2 days
• books from abroad: 7–14 days
• electronic articles: 1–2 days

The borrowing deadlines, conditions of use and any restrictions are fixed by the supplying library and we are obliged to respect them.

• from the COBISS/OPAC catalogue: clicking on the "Order for Interlibrary Rental" application and linking it to the My Library service. After registration, your personal information and material information will be automatically downloaded;
•  by e-mail to knjige.cek@ef.uni-lj.si;
•  if a book or article is not located in Slovenia, a special form for ordering foreign material is to be completed.

The rental period and possibility of extension are determined by the supplying library.
An order can only be cancelled if the supplier of the materials has not yet sent them for transfer.
The fee for ordering materials must also be paid by the user even if the materials are not taken out.
