Interlibrary Loan

About Interlibrary Loan (IL)

Interlibrary loans to members of our library enable us to use materials, order photocopies and electronic versions of articles not otherwise accessible to us. Interlibrary loans are made with other libraries from Slovenia and abroad.

The CEL also allows partner libraries to borrow materials by mail, e-mail or personally from our own collection. If you are not a member of our library and do not wish to join, but would like to borrow materials from our collection, you may borrow them via your home library.

The service is charged according to the current CEL pricelist.

Interlibrary loans are a paid service covered by the user ordering the material, with the fees depending on the CEL price list.

Terms of Interlibrary Loan

A person wishing to borrow books, an article or a chapter from a book from other libraries agrees to strictly observe the copyright and related rights while using the materials, return the undamaged borrowed material in time, and pay the fee for the Interlibrary Loan or instead submit documents, and to settle all costs even if the material was not actually taken out by the borrower.
